Our Approach

Acute Health Complaint – Short term illnesses such as coughs, flu, measles, UTI's, shingles etc - I gain a clear picture of your particular symptoms – the onset of the complaint, what makes it better and worse - and in most instances prescribe a homeopathic medicine that will work with your immune system to reduce the severity and duration of your symptoms and get you back on track as soon as possible.

Chronic Health Complaints - On-going health complaints - such as chronic fatigue and asthma, migraines, eczema, anxiety and depression, thyroid issue, eczema, acne, PMS, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, IBS, ADD, ADHD, Autism, Asperger's etc.

1. Listen and Identify the Cause

We look closely at your medical history, family medical history, environmental influences to try and identify the origin(s) of your health problems. (Sometimes they cannot be found and we can often achieve a good response without knowing). We look at your current health complaint(s) and your particular experience of them. In some cases - we will arrange some simple tests - some of these we can do, others through your General Practitioner.

2. Treatment

Once we understand clearly what we need to treat, we make a start. There may be more than one option; I will discuss with you the most efficient, cost effective approach. Depending on the nature of your health complaint, you may receive one or more of the following:

•Homeopathic medicine

•Nutritional advice and/or supplementation

•Detoxification - if you have a history of chemical exposure or heavy metal accumulation.

3. Health Coaching - When you are on the path to health, I will discuss with you how to maintain and enhance your improvement with high quality nutrition and developing a lifestyle that supports and maintains health.
