Shiatsu Hands is a body and mind Japanese therapy performed on a futon.

We are located in Dee Why, Sydney Northern Beaches, and also offer a mobile service covering Mosman, Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl, Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen and surroundings.

Shiatsu uses the same principles of acupuncture, but with no needles. Instead, it uses the pressure and touch of the hands, elbows and knees.

It is a modality of natural therapy covered by many private health insurances in Australia.

It is non-invasive, safe, relaxing.
