As the Complementary Medicines and Treatment Protocols have evolved so has Dr Tirant's practice. From a practice in a small Melbourne suburb, Dr Tirant gradually increased his service to Australian psoriasis sufferers and sufferers of other skin conditions.

In 1993 the Carnegie "Psoriasis And Skin Clinic" was opened and in 1998 Dr Tirant moved this clinic to Frankston, Melbourne, setting it up as a Head Office Clinic and opened another operating from St. Kilda Road, Melbourne to service patients who worked in the city.

Recently Dr. Tirant started a Franchise and there are now several Franchised Practitioners providing patients with access to Dr. Tirant's Treatment Protocols and medications throughout Australia and also New Zealand.

His experienced Practitioners and friendly staff are just as committed to Dr Tirant's patients, as Dr Tirant is himself. A commitment from staff to respect all patients is an aspect that Dr Tirant feels very strongly about and Practitioners and staff are carefully selected with this in mind.
