We are a team of experienced practitioners and therapists that provide safe, natural & effective solutions to your health concerns. We focus on Wellness, not disease, and the Family as a whole, not just its individual members. We believe when one person is unwell it can influence the whole family.

Using Natural therapies, we can assist in pain, stress & anxiety relief, dietary guidance, weight loss, enhancing your immune system, digestion, hormone function, sleep patterns and energy levels. Our therapies include Psychology, Counselling, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Bowen, Nutrition, Hypnotherapy, TCM, Herbal Medicine and Massage.

We approach working with you in a relaxed way, explain everything we do in plain English, so you get a better understanding of your body, health & wellness.

We have experience in helping people with neck, shoulder and back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, migraines, PMT, menopause, pregnancy, fertility issues, stress, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, side effects of cancer, stroke.
