I have worked as a Naturopath/ Herbalist since 1987 in the lower Blue Mountains, Hills district and Aboriginal Health in Western Sydney. My experience and education are in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Iridology, Flower essences, Meditation practices and Transpersonal Psychology. My professional focus is on the body/ mind connection of health and encompasses the use of natural medicine to enhance general wellbeing. Most naturopathic consultations are about general health but my specialities are in emotional/ mental health for optimal physical health and positive lifestyles changes.
