As a Qualified Naturopath I am able to help with acute and chronic health issues. I work with a range of other health practitioners to support you in managing health conditions.

During the consultation I use a comprehensive health history, iridology, body signs, and pathology testing where appropriate to work out how best to support the body in its heal thing process.

Nutrition, diet, herbs, homeopathy, massage, reflexology, and reiki can be all part of a treat plan that is designed in consultation with you in relation to what you can manage at any point in your life. Generally a plan is made for between 2-6 months depending on the health condition.

Heavy metal test, hair analysis, allergy and intolerance testing, specific food intolerance testing can all be carried out if required during the consultation.

Detoxing or cleansing the body is also a way to maintain good health and avoid a lot of the lifestyle related health issues like liver and chest problems, continually catching colds, poor sleeping pattens and anxiety and depression.
