I have completed 1,600 hours, full-time training over a three years in an approved training school. Schools in Australia are approved by the professional body AUSTAT, the Australian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (www.austat.org.au). I am also certified to teach by the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique United Kingdom, STAT(UK) (www.stat.org.uk), which is the internationally recognised representative body for teachers.
