Todd, I want to take this opportunity to express my utmost gratitude for your excellence in service.... My entire experience in dealing with you and Central Coast Motor Group has been extremely pleasant. Not only were we able to swiftly and quickly do a deal on a quality second car you had, but even when we did encounter a problem with it later, you were quick in response and provided solutions without flinching. As I mentioned to you on the day I purchased the vehicle, I have been in the motor industry my whole career and have never bought a used car from a dealer as I truly did not believe I could get a quality vehicle for the right price but truly you are a testament to the contrary of the typical stereo type car salesmen, well done. It is also admirable of CCMG to ensure their staffs are empowered to make the right decisions in looking after customers needs within reason of course. Thanks again Todd, you're a true gentlemen.
