Well where to start! I called about getting my remote entry button on my mini replaced and could not... get an estimate they had to see the car first. Then when we took the car to get the quote we had to leave it there so they could see. In that time they had pulled the door off and told us they would charge just for that so its better that we just get it fixed while they have the door off. I'm sure that is what they call ENTRAPMENT!! Then because the staff don’t know what they are doing it took 3 hours longer for them to fix the issue that they CHARGED US FOR. At what point is the client supposed to pay for the incompetence of the business staff? So in closing a job that should have cost no more than $300 in total for parts and labour cost us $900 because it took them so long to get the door off and on. WHAT EVER YOU DO DON’T USE THESE GUYS DON’T EVEN GET A QUOTE YOU WILL BE SORRY!

After breaking down in Coonabarabran, we received excellent roadside service from Brains and then co...uld not have had better assistance in looking after our mechanical repairs. Victor, Glenn and Adrian were incredibly helpful, even providing us with transport to have a look around "Coona" while we were waiting and then for getting us back to Brisbane. This is the service that the country is famous for and it is a pity it has disappeared from the city! Thanks again and I know where we will always stop to say hello on our journeys from Brisbane to Melbourne! Cheers Rodney
