I left a vehicle at this business with specific instructions on what was required and a generous dea...dline. I was given an upfront quote and reassured that everything would be finished well before the due date. At 4:45pm on the due date, they called to say nothing had been done and it was going to take another day to fix. I turned up the following morning and was told it would cost another $15 to leave the vehicle there for another day, which I refused. I was then forced to wait an hour while the work was finally done and charged an additional $165 on top of the agreed quote. I missed my VicRoads inspection ($40), was forced to catch a taxi ($30) and I was 2 hours late for work.

Absolutely horrendous service, tried getting a quote which I asked to be emailed, emailed 3 times in... 3 weeks with no response. Called again and ask to email quote. Called again later in the day to follow up and was put on hold with no one responding to me. Called again and was literally told 'I don't know when you'll get your quote'.

The worst, by far, accountants I have ever dealt with. I launched my tax return and waited three mon...ths just to find out that she hasn't even sent them in yet. Every two weeks she would say it will take another two weeks. If you want your tax return done properly it's worth paying somebody else a bit more but at least you know it's going to be done.
