I was in Perth for a couple of days to visit family and went to WA Academy to have my hair rebonded.... From the outset it was clear that, although the student was lovely, she had no clue what she was doing at all. She misplaced various products and reads the instructions manual every few minutes. No supervision was provided to her at all. As a result, my hair, instead of being straight, looks even LESS straight than when I started and has many sections which won't even straighten as they have been rebonded incorrectly. Unhappy with the subsequent result after washing, I contacted WA Academy but was told that as I had now returned to Sydney they would not be doing anything for me or even discuss the matter further. I would be very cautious about going to WA Academy for any services as they have no service guarantee and evidently no concern about the eventual result. I would also be very cautious about going to WA Academy as a student, given the lack of supervision provided.
