Dual Drive hires out an automatic dual control car to parents to teach their learner drivers how to drive. A dual control car allows a parent or guardian to have an extra brake and accelerator on the passenger side of the car which will override the learner drivers brake and accelerator on the drivers side of the car. This gives parents and learner drivers the opportunity to drive in a safe and controlled manner, using the same safety features that a driving instructor would use. The benefit of this is that it gives parents that extra sense of safety, control and confidence in a dual control car rather than using the family car.
