About

I've been teaching drums for over 10 years. I have a studio in West Ryde beside Icon Music (the local music store). It's a great set up there with a full drum kit, air-conditioning and a clean positive environment to learn in. All levels are welcome and we can tackle any style you wish. The main goal is to get you playing music and we'll start that from lesson one.

My drumming career has taken me overseas and all around Australia playing for many famous Australian acts including Josh Pyke, Perry Keyes, Richard Clapton, Mark Seymour (Hunters and Collectors), and Cotton, Keays, Morris (Super group with Darryl Cotton from Zoot, Jim Keays from Masters Apprentice and Russell Morris).

I've recorded and released 3 of my own records. Check them out at my web site.

I look forward to teaching you all I know about the drums and music in general.

Cheers,

Russell
