At PETE'S TENNIS COACHING In Noosa, I have tennis lessons available for everyone, from the complete beginners to the advanced, for adults & children, small groups or privates, before and after school. At Pete's Tennis Coaching I use a court just 500 meters from Hastings Street or can arrange to play on your resort or private court. Racquets are available upon request. For the school kids I have before & after school lessons available.

I have been playing tennis for 40 years and am active in participating in local and regional tennis tournaments.

I am a qualified advanced level tennis coach with the "Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association".

At Pete's Tennis I can cater your lesson to any area of your game that you wish to improve, or if you wish, I can assess your game level and work on improving it in regards to your technique and where you hit the ball and why, that is, shot selection.

Everybody has different goals with what they want from their tennis lesson. Everywhere from working on their technique to just having a great workout.

When you get down to it, it is the wishes of the player that counts; the ball is in your court.

For beginners, who want to learn the game to play social tennis, we can learn the technique of each shot while building on tactics as we progress, all in a fun game oriented lesson.

For social players who have a friend or two who want to get together each week to learn and play the game in a friendly competitive environment.

For Group lessons or Ladies groups, is a great way to have fun, and improve your fitness and tennis.

For regular players who play regularly, we can look at anything and everything from footwork, tactics, court coverage, shot selection or just smoothing out some wrinkles in your shots that may have crept in to your game over time. Don�t worry, this can happen to the best of us.

Maybe you just want a workout and build up a sweat on your holidays; we can work through a number of drills and play out points.

Children's Lessons

I have extensive experience with coaching children with my before and after school lessons at primary school since 2006.

I have found that for the children to want to play tennis, the lessons must be held in a happy, friendly, fun, and of course, learning environment. At Pete's Tennis, I concentrate on private or semi private (2 children) lessons to really give the children the attention they need.

Children are always ready to "play". It seems to be their main goal in life, seconded only to eating. So when the children come onto my court ready to play, after they have eaten of course, I have fun games ready for them to play the ball and move them around the court as much as their skill levels will allow.
