Very bad communication from our Loan Broker. Used a conveyance service based at the same office, st...ill such bad communication of details etc. Delayed our settlement by 4 days even though we applied 6 months ago (off the plan purchase) Still haven't got any details of interest rate, type of loan etc., on the actual day of settlement. No accountability from him, no clarity on fees till date, no co-ordination between broker and conveyance, though they sit like 10 feet apart! Highly UNrecommended. Ironically had been warned not to use them by a friend, should have listened! 640$ penalty interest, no information on what I am paying, delayed settlement and being kept in the dark. That's Rams Mt Waverley for you.
