Assessment:

We assess all joints and muscles involved with the presenting condition instead of just focusing on the site of pain.

Treatment types:

Adjustments:

The use of a fast and short force to a specific joint in order to help restore normal mechanical function including range of motion and reduce nerve irritability.

Myofascial release and trigger point therapy:

Deep pressure applied to specific sites of the body to treat pain and improve mobility. It aims to relax contracted muscles as well as improving lymphatic circulation.

Cryo/heat therapy:

The use of hot and cold packs to help reduce spasms and muscle guarding.

Instrument assisted soft tissue therapy: The use of a specific instrument that allows the clinician to break up some scar tissue adhesion's and and assist the healing process by stimulating blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

All patients are provided with a rehabilitation program specific to their condition so they can maintain joint/muscle integrity and function instead of the injury re-occurring again and again.
