Excellent service and excellent customer care. Super friendly staff; reception, nurse and dentist. D...r. Ravi Haria was very calming and talked me through what he was doing. They make a trip to the dentist a stress free experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Not happy, very rude and he does not like it when you ask questions. He made me wait 30 mins. I was ...in the chair for less than 5 mins, very rushed and terrible work and he still charged full price, not cheap. He also did things twice because it wasn't done properly the first time and charged me twice so I paid double. The receptionist was great and very nice though.

I love this place! I had four top front veneers which look so natural, right down to the nuanced sha...des on different parts of the teeth themselves. No one can tell they are not mine. We're talking real artistry here. I am so chuffed! Such excellent work, you won't find better!

Hi all, I popped into this dental surgery (it has now been about 6 months ago) for a check up (I had... an infected tooth at the time). The hygeneist looked at my tooth and said, I may need antibiotics and eventually a tooth removal as the pulp had died. She said to wait it out, and she offered a teeth clean in the time being. I'm not sure as to which instrument she was using but It was an electrical appliance (I'm guessing it was an electric ultra sonic scaler) to clean my teeth. She then started to use the appliance (it had a loud whizzing noise), and started to "clean" my teeth. The only problem is that it felt extremely abrasive. I could feel the aggressive pressure on my teeth, it was painful, so I asked her to stop half way through. I went to the bathroom and could see that half of my teeth appeared to be much smaller and jagged around the edges to the point that the dentin was almost visible. I'm not sure of the device they were using on the day, but my teeth have been completely out of shape and uneven. Since then, I have black stains that were not there and some of my teeth have 2-3 millimeters missing/smaller. When I went back with my friend to complain, they told me I was a "grinder", I have never grinded my teeth. I wanted to warn anyone of going there, considering I have usually had (past) good dental treatments in Perth.
