Fighting Fit Physiotherapy Gold Coast offers best practice physiotherapy, injury and pain management plans, as well as rehab specific, general and elite athlete strength and conditioning programs.

Our mission is to provide you with a complete patient centred physiotherapy and fitness experience that focuses on optimal health and peak performance.

Our vision is for each patient to be at their peak health and fitness regardless of their age, gender, sedentary or elite backgrounds.

Fighting Fit Physiotherapy is Work Cover, Medicare, DVA and Private Health insurance approved.

Providing physiotherapy services for all musculoskeletal and sports injuries, then combining qualifications in human movement science, exercise science and strength and conditioning coaching to rehabilitate you back to your pre injury self and beyond!

A friendly, sole practitioner practice, I offer a unique one on one experience in physiotherapy and exercise. All sessions are an hour long to include assessment, best practice treatment and exercise prescription/programing in our purpose built strength and rehab lab.

Train with me, take your program to your gym or I'll work in with your current personal trainer to make the most of your health and fitness goals.
