I have used your services a few years ago installing a refrigerated air conditioner and ducted heati...ng at the same time. I paid over $11,000 at the end of completion. I had to take a Loan to pay them. With a great dissapointment my air conditioner always froze and never worked. Every time I rang them they were busy and when they tried to fix it but the next day froze and blowing hot air. For three years I was complaining that it was not working. I am wondering if anyone had a similar problem. It really hurts me because I am still repaying my personal loan and my airconditioner has never worked. What waste of my hard working money. Last time I asked them to come they never came to see it. So at the end I gave up. They recommended the systems that they installed so I thought they know what they are doing.
