Matt is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We had just the keys for our new home and nee...ded blinds ASAP. Matt said he could have the blinds ready and installed within 10 days and we didn't think it would happen but 10 days later we had new roller blinds. Thanks Guys!

Arranged for quotation, which was to be emailed in couple of days. Never received. Contacted to chas...e up quote & salesman was on holiday so had to wait, which was was fine. When he returned, never received quote. Chased up at least 2 more times in email & never received quote nor response. Told them if they didn't want the business to at least let me know & I'd go elsewhere. No response again, not even a follow up call. I wanted a couple of different items from them so the sale would have been a couple of thousand dollars but service was terrible. Wasted my afternoon at home waiting for the salesman to measure up. I don't write reviews; but this was such poor service and I think it was warranted.
