Rude. Be prepared for the attitude. I noticed it when I dropped car off; but not with me, it was som...e other women but maybe he didn't want me to feel left out. Once you call them to see if your car is ready, then wait till they will acknowledge you. Guy was on a call when I got in there so that's fine and took 2 more while I just stood there. When I asked if he was ready to serve me yet, he said yes. According to him "patience is a virtue" and when I said "so is costumer service"; he shrugged and said, "Make a complaint it doesn't worry me. Also, you can't wait 2 minutes?" I said, he could have put them on hold, as I am here. If I was a guy I bet he would not have been so rude.

The manager is very helpful, understanding of our financial circumstances and always tries he's best... to ensure we get a fair price for the repairs. He always checks with us as to what we need repaired and what we don't need repaired before carrying out any repairs, assists us to put a program together to fix our car over a period of time and goes above and beyond with the service. We highly recommend Ravenhall Auto Services.
