The Design Partnership

About

Strategically located on the Central Coast of NSW, The Design Partnership is a multi-faceted urban design studio providing creative and cost-effective solutions for the built environment.

“Urban design is the collaborative and multi-disciplinary process of shaping the physical setting for life in cities, towns and villages; the art of making places; design in an urban context. Urban design involves the design of buildings, groups of buildings, spaces and landscapes, and the establishment of frameworks and processes that facilitate successful development.” The Urban Design Group – London

We believe that urban design is not a standalone discipline, but a way of thinking that will deliver the right solutions at the right time. Our studio combines the skills of landscape architects, planners and architects, working and solving problems together, dedicated to achieving this outcome.

Collaboration underscores our approach. As our name suggests, we believe urban design is a partnership: between us and our clients, allied professionals, project stakeholders, communities and their environments.

By nurturing our combined professional skills, The Design Partnership offers an extensive palette of planning and design services encompassing the key areas of:

- Project Establishment

- Design Help

- Design

- Strategies

- Assessments

- Graphics

The components of the service palette can be mixed and matched to suit the needs of each project. All of our services can be provided to suit the needs of our public and private sector clients: integrated into larger projects, combined in a small to medium package, provided singularly, or as part of another consultant’s design team.

The Design Partnership’s service palette can be extended further by taking advantage of our strategic partnerships with other specialist consultant groups.
