Established in 1980, Trehy Ingold Neate is a Tuggerah based land development consultancy firm that has developed and grown from a sole trader into an established, well respected, multi-disciplinary organisation employing a team of 16.

Adopting a one-stop shop, holistic approach, our five departments work collaboratively to offer the full spectrum of land development services including surveying, engineering design, planning, drafting, project management and strata certification.

The firm’s principals, Michael Neate, Robert Polson and Kellie Hassab are supported by a team of committed professionals and administration staff, many who have been with the firm for more than 15 years. External professionals such as ecologists, architects, structural engineers, and lawyers, are drawn into the team as required because we recognise that successful project outcomes rely on strategic relationship management and a collaborative, team based approach.
