AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I decided to place my 14 year old beautiful cats here for 3 months while I... was travelling overseas. My handover was very thorough communicating to the owners the cats dietary requirements, disposition etc. I was informed that the only cages available at present was the smaller ones but in 3 or 4 days the larger pens with outside access would be available. I agreed paid a deposit and left my cats in what I thought was a caring responsible business. How I was wrong. I arrived to pick up my precious children without ringing ahead thinking that it shouldn't be a problem. when I got there the owners seemed nervous I soon found out why. The cats had been trapped in the small cage for the entire time and not been allowed to exercise, a note was attached to the cage saying no fresh meat contrary to my instructions. One of cats had lost 1.25 kg the other 1.5 kg, which amounts to 1/3 of their body wait. Of course I refused to pay the balance and instead of issuing an apology I was harassed with phone calls by the owners demanding payment! This is a true example of one of those disgusting kennels you hear horror stories about, it's operated by people who have no interest in animal welfare. AVOID!

This is the best dog groomer I have found in the Geelong region and I have tried many. I rescue dogs... so a few have had issues and Tara seems to weave some magic to keep them settled. She did a great job. I would have liked to of had an earlier appointment but it was work the 2 week wait.

Clean and well set out. My cat was looked after, however customer service was poor. Owner unfriendly... whinged about the cost of housing the cats (even though we provided most of the food). Cost of stay not transparent. Recommend getting a quote first. We'lll look else where next time.
