About

We welcome you to “The new benchmark in consumer based Sydney Buyers Agency”

Find Our Home was founded by Paul Mulligan. Paul has been an industry leader for over 15 years.

We have negotiated thousands of sales on behalf of buyers and sellers achieving fantastic result for our clients. We are experienced negotiators and have studied hard to achieve this. Negotiation is a learnt skill. Paul consistently achieved rewards for being in the Top 3 Sales Agent’s for the Ray White Group in his zone and was an invited member to the Multi Millionaire Dollar Club, a club for agents that consistently achieved Multi Million Dollar Sales. At this time the average property price was $140,000.

Find Our Home is the new benchmark in buyer agency services in Sydney Real Estate offering a service to Consumers based on Ethics and Expert Negotiation skills. Our 15 years of experience dealing with other agents, home buyers, home sellers, negotiation, rental properties, dealing with solicitors, and finance professionals separates our agency from any other Real Estate Buyers Agent. We have tried and tested all the methods and worked with some of the best and worst agents in the industry. We know all the tricks used by some real estate agents.

Paul has a real passion for people and property and he saw an opportunity to enter a niche market that lacked skill, knowledge industry experience, negotiation skills and client care. Paul has experienced this through working in the industry and working with some of the so called ‘best agencies’. Paul truly believes the team can do it better!

Find Our Home does not sell properties we negotiate on behalf of the buyer. You are our client and we work to achieve the best possible price and terms for your new home or investment.

Our business was created to share our true values and passion in finding our clients their ideal home or investment.

We are the only buyer’s agency service that promotes using consumer based systems, not agent based systems.
