Quantum Property Search managing director, Ben Goodbrand, founded the company after realising there was a shortage of knowledgeable and committed buyers' agents available to help buyers in the Greater Sydney area. Having researched the industry, he quickly discovered many were simply charging a fee to search the popular internet-based real estate websites, without actually providing any service of value.

Having worked in high-pressure leadership roles in the corporate world for nearly two decades, the passion Ben had developed for property through building his own portfolio resulted in him changing careers to do something he really loved. Working in a boutique inner Sydney agency gave Ben the grounding in a professional real estate environment that saw him build an impressive reputation among his clients and sales agents alike.

The key to any successful business is to fill it with quality people, to ensure the expertise that is needed is always on hand. To that end, the Quantum Property Search team was deliberately built with a breadth of experience covering real estate sales, property management, financial analysis, mortgage broking, conveyancing and customer service.
