No driving required...Body Balance Massage & Spa is a Sunshine Coast based mobile massage and spa service that delivers professional massage and spa treatments in the comfort of your home, holiday accommodation or office. We’ll provide the necessary equipment for our team of passionate qualified massage therapists to transform your space into a soothing sanctuary.

At Body Balance Massage & Spa we will travel to any location on the Sunshine Coast.

Our services offer remedial massage, relaxation massage (or a combination of both), spa services (clay masks, body polish, foot treatments), couple's massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage & spa parties (get the a group of girls together and we will spoil your group!).

We also carry a range of spa and beauty products which are handmade with quality ingredients and are paraben & sulphate free. We are able to post these products Australia-wide. So if you are not lucky enough to be living on or visiting the Sunshine Coast, you can create your own day spa at home with this beautiful range of products.

Bookings are available 7 days by appointment 10am - 8pm.

"Many consider massage an indulgence, however research has shown that massage decreases stress hormone levels in the body, relaxes muscle fibres and stimulates the lymphatic system (which protects your body against disease). Massage also calms the nervous system, stimulating the brain to release chemicals called endorphins (which reduce pain and enhance your mood). So the next time you feel guilty about getting a massage, don't! Massage has some pretty impressive health benefits."
