The Bowen technique is a manual therapy using gentle but purposeful massage-like actions on muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves. A typical session takes about 45 minutes with the client lying on a massage table. Shorts and a loose t-shirt are the preferred attire as some moves need to be done on the bare skin of the arms and legs.

At Bowen by the Beach your physical well-being is the focus of a treatment. After listening to your needs, some simple tests of your capabilities are completed so that I can make an accurate diagnosis and plan a treatment designed specifically for you.
