I am a massage and bodywork specialist.

My massage will make a HUGE difference in your life. Through my bodywork, you have the potential to connect with so much freedom… to have the freedom to move; connect and feel fulfilled.

As a specialist bodyworker, I dedicate myself wholeheartedly to serving you and holding the space for you to connect with and experience fully your own energy during your appointment. I teach you skills to connect with your energy to continue with your healing well beyond my treatment room.

Massage is a wonderful bodywork to help free muscles from being tight and contracted, so that you have freedom of movement and freedom from pain. Massage will also assist in you having relief from stress, as you soften your muscles and learn to breathe and relax.

I draw on the modalities of Kahuna massage; Lomi Lomi; Thai massage; Reiki; Relaxation massage; Energy Healing and Hot Stone Therapy to create a massage which is uniquely tailored to your specific and unique needs, to provide you with a truly quality and value for investment healing experience.

My massage is for EVERY – BODY ...regardless of age, shape, state of health whether you are male or female... whether you are fit or unfit whether you want to work more on a physical, emotional or spiritual level.

My massage and bodywork will benefit you in ways you wouldn’t even imagine. Sometimes it is just so easy to just let life pass you by and it does take courage to stop and make choices to take care of oneself. This is begun by creating balance and harmony in your physical body and working with your own energy and it’s flow; and creating the space for you to connect with yourself so that you start to listen to within – to make your decisions to lead a fulfilling life.

One of the greatest lessons I have learned is about my own need for self-care, and through my gifts I am here to be of service to you to assist you in this for yourself so that you may flourish in your life.
