As a Remedial and Relaxation Therapist Joanne prides herself in listening to your specific needs, she provides an Intuitive style massage which can be both that will assist you to feel free of tension or stress related muscular aches or pains. She uses a variety of learned modalities which she uses accordingly.

During the experience, Joanne uses a combination of techniques uniquely styled to suit the individual's needs on the day. You will walk away feeling nurtured, better aligned and have a greater awareness of your body in a balanced state.

The aim is to de-stress you, assist you to relax, and unwind, your breath assists you to focus and become aware of your needs, as your senses are stimulated by aromatic oils, music and remedial or relaxation massage.

Joanne specialises in Remedial Massage using her intuitive style, not only has she facilitated clients through exercise and positive affirmations to support their healing process, she trusts that we all have the ability to heal, if provided with the right tools, as she herself has recovered from back pain, and asthma.
