True Potency

About

I have always had a passionate interest in how the body works, the connections and what affects what. This has led to an insatiable interest in health and well-being, the body, the brain and its workings, psychology, and ultimately an interest in energy, its effect and how we can utilise this amazing resource. It's my interest and work with energy that has brought me to this point in my life.

Twenty years on, and many modalities under my belt, I have developed my own style of working with energy. I pull from many different modalities, some things have just come to me. Each person I work with is treated with what they require at that time.

I absolutely love what I do and I look forward to working with you and helping you on your journey to achieve your own true potency.
