Zephyr Life is a small team of allied health professionals offering massage, yoga, corporate massage, meditation workshops and stress management education to individuals and businesses across Adelaide.

We are trained in helping to alleviate some of the symptoms of stress commonly seen today, including back pain, neck and shoulder stiffness, migraines, tension headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and fatigue, to name but a few. Our therapists are all fully qualified and have received extensive training in massage, bodywork, yoga, and body mechanics.

Services at our Unley Clinic include Swedish massage, Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Cupping.

We offer a professional Corporate Massage service to Adelaide businesses. It is not surprising that many companies are now using health strategies to reward and motivate valuable employees as studies have shown that implementing such strategies results in reduced absenteeism and increased productivity. We are also now excited to be able to provide Adelaide businesses with a more comprehensive health package. In consultation with our staff we can arrange yoga classes, meditation workshops and stress management education seminars. These can be organised as short sessions on an ongoing basis, as a full or half-day workshop, and may include massage if desired.

Some clients prefer the comfort and convenience of a massage in their own home. Our mobile massage service caters for these clients.

Regular yoga classes are run at 'Yogalife', Payneham Rd, College Park, on Friday evenings, 6.00-7.30pm as a valuable way to wind down after a busy working week.
