Very disappointed with their response concerning a log splitter that I bought In 9/2012. It gets ver...y little use, but the "footplate"was bent out of shape and the weld holding the footplate to the beam were sheared off. It is a very bulky machine weighing around 300 kg and therefore difficult to transport. Stanford mowers could only suggest that I bring the machine in (30 km) for them to look at. They were not prepared to come to my house. All they did was give me the phone no of the importer (TWM) The machine has obviously an engineering shortcoming. Not impressed.

Took my whipper snipper in to have fuel lines replaced and was given a quote, went back a week later... and picked it up. On that weekend it started and then stopped it would not run at all. Took the whipper snipper back and picked it up a week later and was charged again for fixing it and was told that the whipper snipper was not even tested? Beware of this guy what a rip off!

Customer service- If they can't fix it they palm you off to another staff member! Service quality- I... paid over $100 for a repair that was NOT repaired! (was not offered a refund even though they had not fixed the problem)! Overall just disappointed with no one contacting me back, not fixing my product & the rude attitude the staff all have! Won't be returning! Luckily garden grove now have a workshop
