Our rather large extended family have been going to this nursery for years, not anymore. Six months ...ago I was subjected to poor customer service and rudeness, to be fair I thought it might be a one off so have been back on a number of occasions. However, a few days ago I experienced really terrible customer service. I had been considering a bird bath and a large urn for the past few months, our garden in now ready to install so returned and located the the two items. These were hundreds of dollars each although I could not recall the exact price so asked the owner (older man with glasses) to confirm the amount. I was astonished at his response. He said he did not know, his assistant who was sitting on a chair near the doorway piped up (younger very large woman) and said to him you know the ones people are always asking about and you never know so have to check. He then said if there is no price on them they are not for sale. Noting there are many items in the nursery that do not have prices tags on stated I was very surprised that there were so many items that must not be for sale! These two are perhaps the most daft, ridiculous people I have every encountered in the business sector, what a waste of time. We are done, they have immediately lost the business of at least 23 customers for starters as none of our family will be back and you can be sure we are telling everyone we know of this experience.

The nursery is comprehensive and well stocked, BUT the owner has to be one of the rudest people I ha...ve ever dealt with! Many people I know have also had bad experiences with him. When I once called the nursery at 4pm on a Friday, he just said he was too tired to talk and slammed the phone down on me before I could say a word! Charming! This man knows absolutely nothing about customer service and he doesn't deserve to succeed in business. The original owners would shrug in horror if they knew where the goodwill that they built up is heading! Steer well clear of this nursery and certainly this man!

DON'T GO TO THIS NURSERY! Very poor customer service. The Owner/Manager is very rude with the cus...tomers. Plants are very expensive. I would like to give them -100 rating.
