I had purchased a boat, which came with a Robina Trailer. The trailer was brand new. I know this as ...I assisted the previous owner put the boat on the trailer for the first time around six months after he had purchased it. The jockey wheel was very hard to operate. I pulled it apart to grease the thread and bearing, only to discover that there were no balls in the bearing. There were just the races and cage. On the first trip, around 180 kilometres, I discovered that the supports for the mudguards had cracked, which I repaired straight away. The trailer has now done approximately 500 kilometres and I have noticed that the winch post has cracked from the gusset. The Robina Trailers' website states they are covered by a 12-month warranty. I approached Robina Trailer in regards to these issues. I was told that the warranty only covers the original owner and that no assistance will be provided. In summary, you are getting what you pay for cheap and nasty. You would be better off spending the money on a more reputable brand.
