I am extremely displeased with your delivery staff. They were late in their delivery and the builder... had to leave when there was no show. When the driver arrived and no one was home, they haphazardly dumped the bunch of timber directly in the front yard. It blocked the steps to my main entrance, it damaged the newly built picket fence, it spilled into my neighbour's front yard, it poked through into the council path and injured a passersby's forehead. When I called and spoke to your staff, I was told to call back tomorrow morning, this is whilst I was standing outside of my house trying to get in, the storm approaching, and worried other pedestrians might get hurt. I would like a formal response otherwise I will be making a formal complaint to NSW Fair Trading and the NCAT.
