Open Homes

Your agent will conduct your open homes at your convenience and negotiate with the buyers

Sale to Settlement

Your agent will liaise with your solicitor and follow up on any contract conditions and deadlines

No Payment until Settlement

Commission is payable at settlement, with your solicitor paying us from the settlement funds
