We are a not-for-profit Kung Fu school in Northcote, Melbourne. Our kung fu derives from the southern praying mantis style and is focused on teaching effective self-defence while strengthening the body and mind in the spirit of traditional martial arts.

In early 2012, we're offering a special introductory rate of $60 for six weeks. Come along for a free trial class to find out more or contact us to arrange your package. New students are welcome from 7-8pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights.
