This business is not very good to deal with, their job was of very poor quality, and service. It too...k well over three months to fully complete the job. My sliding gate has a suspended sill to roll on that is dangerous to kids running around it could poke an eye out at no point was there a concrete sill mentioned for it to sit on. The powder coating shouldn't just peel off obviously my large gate was not powder coated just painted, as it is now less than 6 months old. They demand full payment even if the job is not up to a satisfactory standard. The owner forgets what he promises and he is a liar. The owner is arrogant to the fact that the customer may be correct. My solar panel runs parallel to the ground it picks up no sun at all I had to recharge the batteries with a charger, this should not be the case. I have a gate and a side panels which the spears are not the same height as the ones he had already installed. the solar panel pole was forgotten about on the final install day so I have a totally different coloured one to the rest of them.

We had a problem with our Dish Washer, an error code keep appearing, this was back in November 2015.... It was worked out that the mother board had a problem and need to be replaced. Now 5 Months later the same problem is happening. We noticed that the rubber seal around the door at the bottom was old and warn, now it doesn’t take a genius to work out that this should of been replaced at the time the mother board was replaced and that steam was able to get into this area which would affect the electrics and the mother board. Now when I called back I was told that the 3 months workmanship warranty had expired. Now to me if the job wasn’t done correctly in the first place then you are responsible for the damage to the newly installed components. If they wanted to provide good customer service come out (at no charge) then if you can prove to me that it was all done correctly then I will happily pay the call out fee. These guys have poor service, even worse after sales service and not willing to even back there service. Maybe they hope people won’t see the problem so they can get extra work out of them. Don’t waste your money like we did with these guys.
