Product could be good, if it was ever finished. Service and attitude leave a lot to be desired. Afte...r 6 months failing to return my calls, they finally did and said it was my fault they hadn't finished the job I had paid for. I am left with a very expensive, incomplete and useless set-up. Don't go there.

Nice enough until you have a problem. Bought Expensive Dog Kibble, that I discovered was past it's u...se by date, by aprox 4 months. The reason it is so expensive is because it has ingredients that destabilize over time. When I returned with the bag, not to complain but to request a discount on the next bag I intended to buy, he - 'acting Manager' - who obviously had no ability to issue a discount, chose to escalate the problem, stonewall me and infer that I may have bought it from another pet store. Therefore, putting me on the back foot immediately, instead of informing me she had no power and to speak to the actual manager the following week. When I got to the bottom of whom I needed to speak to, she did not drop it and then accused me of screaming at her and being aggressive, her work colleagues when asked at the time, by me, whether this was so, said NO. Quite unbelievable, when retail is under great threat from online shopping, you would think this kind of attitude would not exist. I live locally and they have lost my business.

I am so happy with the job this company did for us regarding a Pet Enclosure in our back yard. My ca...ts are so happy to be able to go outside and experience everything from watching the birds which they can not hurt to watching the leaves falling from the tree. Alex did a great job for us and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to make life better for their cats and to keep them safe.
