We train in the outdoors, where the air is fresh and the scenery tranquil, yet inspiring enough to make sure your programs are varied, enjoyable and challenging. We pride ourselves in our program variety and innovation.

By training outdoors, it gets you out of the four walls and without mirrors, queues of the gyms you will have little to worry about.

If it is too wet or too hot to train and this does occur on occasion, find and alternate venue for you to train at. That way your training does not lose its continuity.

We also look after your nutrition whereby each of out clients carries with them a food and exercise diary which they fill in and this will be checked on a regular basis, because we know that in order to achieve your goals both exercise and nutrition have to be monitored.
