Warwick Women’s Workout is operated by the Churches of Christ Sport and Recreation Association Inc. It is located within the Warwick Leisure Centre.

Warwick Women’s Workout is a full interval workout gym designed for women. The circuit is designed to incorporate both strength training and aerobic recovery stations to create an integrated workout. The strength machines are designed with hydraulic pistons that create resistance based on the force and speed exerted by the user. In addition, the strength machines allow both pushing and pulling to create resistance.

There is Cardio equipment including treadmills, spin cycle and cross trainers to provide a well-rounded workout. Plus, the Centre follows Christian values, so the users are sure to enjoy a welcoming and safe environment.
