DHPT Sports Nutrition

About

Formerly based at the world famous Doherty's Gym in Brunswick, I'm now operating out of my new home & private gym in Yanakie.

If you're a serious fitness enthusiast, or if you're a beginner who is enthusiastic about getting out of the cycle of crash dieting & weight regain and into something more permanent and more productive, I'd love to help.

My business is primarily online based, but local clients can also come for PT in my commercial standard garage gym. Long distance clients are also welcome to come for a holiday in this beautiful part of the world!
