We practice 40 minutes hatha yoga which will increase fitness, strength and flexibility followed by a wonderful 20 minutes guided relaxation known as yoga nidra.
Our classes are casual and friendly and students have a wide range of experience. For absolute beginners or students with injuries there are chairs at the back of the class and postures are adapted to keep you safe. More experienced students are welcome to join me 15 minutes earlier at 9.15AM to practice sun salutations in the lovely garden.

$110 / $90 concessions

Casuals welcome $15 / $12 concessions
Personal yoga training is also available.
It is a good idea to have at least 1 of these sessions if you have an injury and we can work on adapting the postures to keep you safe when joining the group.
