Bus and Coach Charters in Australia

Bus and Coach Charters

Bus and coach charter operators offer many travel-related services such as airport shuttle service, sightseeing and tourist travel, wedding and party travel, and concert and event-based shuttle services. You can charter an entire mini bus for your event, or reserve a pre-determined number of seats for your travel-party.

Hiring a mini bus or a party bus can be a great way to keep your group together while travelling to an event and ensure that the journey is comfortable and fun for all. Coach hires can also be used to pickup and drop you from hotels, airports and resorts - these typically run at scheduled times of the day.

When choosing a bus to hire, here are some questions to consider:

Destinations Serviced
Does the coach tour include all the sight-seeing destinations you want to visit? Does the tour bus make scheduled stops for travelers to re-fuel? Is the route pre-determined or does the coach operator allow custom stops and destinations?

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable Interior
How many seats does the bus have, and will it easily accommodate your entire party? Is there enough leg-room for long journeys? Are the seats clean? Does the air-conditioning work? Do the windows open? Are there curtains for privacy? Does the music system work? Is there any media entertainment (such as TVs, DVDs, latest movies, etc) available? Is there a usable emergency door?

Is it an open-roof bus or a double-decker bus?

Reliable Service and Licensed Staff
Does the driver have a valid commercial driver's license to operate a tour bus? Is the coach well-maintained? Is the tour operator licensed, reputable and have an established operation?

The answers to these questions, known in advance, will help you be better prepared in your choice of a coach or bus to charter.
