CrossFit Ipswich (CFI) was established in 2009, and is owned and operated by Shaune & Melissa Irving and Brad & Ashleigh Spencer. We were the first legitimate CrossFit gym in Ipswich and have been a foundational platform for developing the CrossFit program in the Ipswich region

Many CrossFit Trainers and Ipswich Affiliate owners have either been trained at CrossFit Ipswich or been mentored at some stage by Shaune Irving. And in one way or another every CrossFit gym in the Ipswich area can be traced back to CrossFit Ipswich.

Our genuine passion for CrossFit led to the first ever Affiliate in the Ipswich region. As such CrossFit Ipswich is home to the most experienced coaches in the Ipswich region. Having coached most of the local CrossFitters within the region.

Located at Unit 8-10/13 Turley Street, Ipswich, our gym is a 100% purpose built CrossFit training facility. We have 300 square meters of space, an on site massage therapist and all the required equipment to deliver the CrossFit program.

We have chalk, we make noise, we know everyone by name, we sweat, we strain, we laugh and we train hard. We have a very social membership base. It is a great place to be a part of.
