Zenergy found in the heart of Windsor, provides the ultimate combination in its warehouse Gym with CrossFit, Outdoor Classes, Kids CrossFit, Nutrition and Personal Training.

Gym Owner and fitness enthusiast, Tony Hebrard leads the Team of qualified personal trainers and has been training his own 1 on 1 Clients since 1998. He is an Exercise Physiologist and Qualified CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer.

Zenergy has full bathroom facilities and ample on-site parking, making it easy for you to get your training done.

The Gym members thrive on the support and community that has been built from the ground up and love the old-school training that gets results.
