My name is Sabrina, and I'm passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals!

My training style is very client-focused, ensuring that you get the results YOU want with programming based around your individual goals, likes and dislikes and lifestyle. Sessions are fun, focused, and energising!

I specialise in PT that incorporates a variety of training styles, including traditional personal training, cardio circuits, suspension training (e.g. CrankIt/TRX), and core conditioning Pilates.
Pilates is an incredibly effective and focused workout for building lean muscle tone, improving core strength and stability, joint mobility, posture, flexibility, and targeting muscles you didnâ€TMt even know you had! Use gravity to challenge your strength, coordination, and balance! Feel strong, toned, and invigorated after this workout!¬ Pilates is perfect for all fitness levels, and can be as intense as you wish to make it!

Both myself and my clients have experienced amazing results with the combination of Pilates and Personal Training, and now I want to share with you how to achieve real results too!

I specialise in tailoring fitness programs to your speicific goals, abilities, lifestyle, and needs to get real results that YOU deserve! As a qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) and Master Trainer (Australian Institute of Fitness) I am up to date in the most effective training methods to achieve your goals!

I'm a qualified Pilates matwork instructor (Studio Pilates International) which I utilize not only to improve your strength, tone, flexibility and joint mobility, but also to aid rehabilitation. Injuries such as joint displacements, muscle tears/strains/weaknesses or imbalances can all be greatly improved with the Pilates method!

I also specialise in suspension training, using CrankIt straps. These are are the world's most effective fitness training tool - as used on The Biggest Loser TV Show! These combine the best of bodyweight exercise techniques with new functional training methods for a fat burning, muscle building, and time efficient full body workout!
