About

Affordable Memberships with No Contracts

We have managed to pack in all the fun and excitement of a standard gym and provide it to you for a fraction of the cost. Unlike most gyms, we do not have a joining fee, assessment fee, billing fee, exit fee or any minimum contract terms. Our memberships start at less than $1 per day and that is all you will need to pay.

Making Exercise Easy and Fun

It sometimes seems hard to fit exercise into a busy life. Some people purchase equipment and plan to workout at home, while others go to large, packed leisure centres, but most people never exercise. We want you to workout on your terms, at a time that suits your busy schedule. Our equipment is easy to use, making workouts a breeze. You will always have assistance by qualified fitness professionals during staffed hours and you can utilise Centrality Health Consultants by appointment if you require that extra level of care.

Our Convenient Location is Always Open.

24 7 XERCISE is close to supermarkets, cafes and retail shops and is surrounded by parking so you can fit exercising into your busy lifestyle. And the facility never closes so if you’re a shift worker or just can’t sleep, come in and train!
