Collective Fitness is a fitness + training studio where we conduct both 1 on 1 and 1 on 2 training, as well as small group sessions. I, as the owner and lead trainer of Collective Fitness, along with two trusted colleagues, have a combined 20 years of experience in the fitness and sports related field. We are passionate about training and are proud of the visible results we help our clients achieve with such a personal level of care.

At Collective Fitness we have a vision. And that vision is to facilitate your discovery of true health and fitness. In our studio, you will be able to achieve fitness you have never known because we have the skills and the programmes in place to help you.

When you start your Collective Fitness journey you will undertake three foundation sessions, free of charge. We have put these three free sessions in place for two reasons. One, we want you to come and check us out. We are so certain of our ability to get results we are happy for you to take us for a test drive! But two, and more importantly for us, itâ€TMs because we want to get to know you and your body.

During these three, free sessions, you will undergo a Functional Movement Screen. This is a series of simple physical assessments performed which track your movement patterns. From this screen we derive a personal score which allows us to ascertain your movement asymmetries and correct them. This helps to realign your body before you even start your fitness discovery. Itâ€TMs kind of like changing the oil filter in your car before adding new oil. Basically, we start the new you from the ground up. This prevents injury, helps develop much greater strength, co ordination, speed and overall long lasting health.

Having assessed you and your specific need, be it weight loss, competition preparedness, general fitness or rehabilitation, you will start your one to one training with us in 12 week cycles. We use a â€~building blocksâ€TM approach to your training and you will be excited to see and feel your strength and fitness growing each week. Because we tailor a programme specific to you and your unique needs, you will really own your fitness discovery and we happily facilitate your journey with expertise and empathy. Here at Collective Fitness, we call it â€oeExercise Intelligence”. Having a programme so carefully tailored to your needs makes it easy to see your achievements line up next to each other as each goal is checked off and another one slotted into place as you make them bigger and even more exciting! Trust us, you have no idea yet what you are capable of achieving!

We have recently combined our years of experience to create Collective Fitness. Itâ€TMs a very exciting time for us because we have collaborated and come up with a technical combination of training styles that really see results from every client that trains here. We want you to benefit from what we offer.

We share an alternative love of both functional style strength and training as well as CrossFit and we wanted this to be translated in the training space we created. So we thought it would be fun to take a really old building and add a funky, urban, minimalist edge. We donâ€TMt do fanciful equipment, massive mirrors or huge egos. Weâ€TMre simply too down to earth. Though youâ€TMll be pleased to see weâ€TMre pretty decked out with the stuff that counts. Itâ€TMs old, itâ€TMs new, itâ€TMs cool, we love it. Most of all, we just want to share it!
